Potatoes, Zoe

These potatoes are still in the "new" stage and will not store very long. Please keep in the fridge. Zoe has dark burgandy skins with red insides. This variety is a trial this year and we like it a lot! It has a medium waxy consistency (not starchy/dry) and cooked up beautifully in a curry.
