Recommendation for cooking:
Wash outer rind, use a sturdy knife to cut in half. Scoop out seeds, place face down on a baking sheet and cook on 400 for 30-45 minutes depending on the size of the squash. In the last 15 minutes of cooking, turn face side up, add butter or coconut oil to each half and top with your desired flavor. We recommend fresh chopped herbs and cheese for savory or brown sugar for sweet. Scoop out the delicious results with a spoon.
