Potatoes, All Blue

Oblong tubers are dark purple on the outside, white and purple streaks on the inside. Small to large sized tubers. Excellent for baking, roasting and frying.

Starchy potatoes result in fluffy texture when cooked. Waxy potatoes are more wet and dense when cooked.
