A distinctive root vegetable with a notable appearance. You won't want to judge this one by its cover. It's sweet and nutty and is lower in starch than most root veg. Excellent for roasting, mashing, soups and purees. Also super tasty raw!  Make sure to use a sharp knife and steady hand on this one. Certified Organic.
