X-C&P Figs, Extra Large

The biggest we've ever seen this fruit grow, about 4 per pint. This Lattarula variety turns a golden yellow-green color on the outside when at its sweetest stage. At the bright green stage they are perfectly delicious but not cloyingly sweet. We mix in some perfectly ripe with less ripe in the pint so that you don't have to eat them all at once, let us know in the notes if you prefer something different than that. All of our produce is certified organic.
