Herbs, Thyme*

From our plot at Diane's Urban Retreat. This aromatic herb can be enjoyed raw, dried or cooked. The tiny leaves should be removed from the more fibrous brown stems. Yellow stems are usually young enough to chop or tear and add in along with the leaves.
