Excellent for drying and making crushed chile flakes, chili crisp or tossing into sautees to flavor your oil.  Sweet, fruity and hot! USE CAUTION when roasting, frying, etc as the capsaicin will volitilze and sting your eyes and throat. (Think pepper spray).
